The (SJCOBA) Old Boys of 1981 set of St. John’s College, Fugar, Etsako Central LGA, Edo State, has sent a powerful delegation to condole with Dr. Christopher Ebuetse (their classmate) and the entire Ebuetse family of Okpekpe clan, Etsako East LGA of Edo State, on the death of their mother and matriarch, Mrs. Elizabeth Uchego Ebuetse, (Nee-Magbo).

In a message of condolence by the senior prefect of the 1981 set, Engr. Tony Kadiri, he said, “on behalf of the class of “81 of SJC Fugar, l hereby extend our deepest condolences to our dear brother and classmate, Chris Ebuetse on the transition to glory of his dear mother Mrs Elizabeth Ebuetse.”

Continuing, the senior prefect, expressed the deepest sentiment of the entire class, saying, “we wish you and members of your family the fortitude to bear this loss and may the Lord grant you His peace as you go through this trying period.”

In Okpekpe town on Friday August 19, 2022, to represent the class were Barrister Sylnanus Oniakhena, Mr. Simeon Momodu, Hon. Suleiman Momodu, Engr. Abdulai Oshiomha and Mr. Williams Okhakumhe.

In his response, the chief mourner, Dr. Ebuetse thanked the class of ’81 and commended the spirit of camaraderie among members and prayed for their safe journey back to their families.
