The management team of Nigerian dancer and hypeman Poco Lee has spoken out against unverified claims circulating online about his ongoing legal case in the United Kingdom, particularly references to “drink spiking.”

In a public notice dated August 25, 2026, the team stated that such claims do not form part of the allegations or charges currently before the UK court.

“We are particularly concerned by the volume of unverified narratives currently circulating, including claims referencing ‘drink spiking’, among other allegations, which do not form part of any of the allegations or charges before the court.

“We ask the public and media to desist from introducing details that are not part of the actual case, as doing so only fuels misinformation and causes unfair prejudice to all parties involved,” the management said.

The team also urged members of the public to allow the legal process to take its course, stressing that allegations should not be treated as proof of guilt.

“Allegations are not evidence of guilt, and no conclusions should be drawn until the matter has been heard and determined through the appropriate legal process,” the team said.
