D-Degree Digital Hub Partners Klass Group, Labrys to Create Fintech, DDSA Powerhouse

D-Degree Digital Hub, a prominent digital marketing solutions company, is in exploratory talks to collaborate with Klass Group and Labrys Consults to develop a Fintech platform focused on Agent Network System and digital direct sales agents.

This initiative championed by these three companies aims to streamline processes for banks and other financial intermediary corporations, enhancing their performance and addressing the emerging digital market challenges in Nigeria.

The preliminary meetings, held at Klass Group’s corporate headquarters in Magodo Phase 2, Lagos, saw the three companies agreeing to intensify their engagement to achieve their objective. Their collaboration aims to establish them as leading operators in the digital landscape, both as individual corporate entities and also, collectively for mutual interests.

The three collaborating companies are led by professionals who have significantly contributed to the growth of the digital solutions industry in Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a master’s degree in international Relations and Strategic Studies from Edo State University, Ekpoma, completed in 1995 and 1998, respectively. He further earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Studies from Ambrose Alli University.

Throughout his career with the Department of State Services (DSS), Sunnie Aleghe attended numerous advanced security management courses both locally and internationally. His training includes Leadership & Citizenship Training, Advanced Investigation, Site and Document Exploitation, Counterterrorism, VIP Protection, Security & Safety Courses (COBI, Dakar), specialized seminars in Security & Safety (South Africa), Security Intelligence Report Analysis, and Business Continuity Management Master Class from Oxford, London.

In 2007, Aleghe transitioned from active service to industrial security. He successfully managed the security department of AP Moller Maersk in Nigeria for two and a half years before joining Etisalat (now 9Mobile), where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s security department. and managing its digital security audit.

Kayode Ayo is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE®), and Process Improvement Specialist with several years of diverse work experience, comprising of roles in the oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, and information technology sectors.

With an out of the box knack for processes, Kayode Ayo had during a professional career spanning over two decades, led and championed process improvement initiatives, established and monitored customer-supplier relationships, utilized knowledge management tools and techniques in identifying and managing projects and processes in several world class organizations such as Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Oceanic Bank Plc., MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd, Etisalat Nigeria (9 Mobile), Blueprint Business Technologies and Spout Payment Solutions (SpoutPay).

He is a regular Project and Quality Management Facilitator at the Pan African University (Lagos Business School). Kayode Ayo is currently the Principal Consultant at Labrys Consults, a consulting firm based in Lagos Nigeria.
