Zenith Bank has announced the full restoration of its services following disruptions earlier in the week due to scheduled maintenance. The bank has assured customers that all transaction channels, including Debit, Credit, and Prepaid cards, ATMs, Point of Sale (POS) terminals, and online banking services, are now operational.
However, some customers are still experiencing network-related issues, leading to frustrations over service accessibility.
In response, Zenith Bank has encouraged customers facing difficulties to visit any of its branches for assistance and to complete transactions.

The bank has also made improvements to its IT infrastructure to enhance service reliability. For bulk payments and salary processing, the bank advises customers to submit their requests in person at branches to ensure faster handling.
