The event, aptly christened the Royal Daughters Convention, is the brain-child of Mrs. Patience Eworo, the lead minster and mentor of the Womb of Intercession International Ministries, a dedicated outreach initiative standing in the gap for a spiritual awakening of the positive soul of womanhood as designed by God before the foundation of the world.

The program was a medley of spiritual lectures, prayers, worship, dance, testimonies and inspiring exhortation by anointed women ministers led by Mrs. Patience Eworo.

In her opening comments, Mrs. Eworo, who’s also the founder of the Womb of Intercession International Ministries, highlighted that the program is aimed at recovering daughters and bringing them into the kingdom of God, emphasizing that “no man can deliver anyone apart from Jesus”. This, she remarked is the objective of the program, to break the shackles of satanic bondage and reclaim the daughters of God back to His divine purpose.

Drawing references from the Bible, she explained that God created the woman to be virtuous but the devil perverted all that was righteousness, resulting the degrading condition that the world finds itself. She emphasized that no matter how the enemy has tinkered with the original beauty of womanhood, that, “God is able to bring beauty from ashes at the end”.

A high point of the event featured a numbing testimony from one of the attendees who recounted her experiences when she took the wrong road of life and became a drug addict and engaged in every imaginable mind-bending vices but was eventually saved by the Lord Jesus Christ through the compassion rehabilitation ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, called Christ Against Drug Abuse Ministry (CADAM). The testifier (whose name will be kept private), while remarking how she thought that parental delinquency led her down that unprofitable route in her youthful age, enjoined the participants to shun any kind of vices that impugn on their kingdom walk with God, saying “outside Christ, all is regrettable vanities”.

Another lead speaker at the event, Princess Bisi Adebayo, challenged the attendees to wholesome Christian principles, emphasizing that “our bodies are temple of God and cannot be treated anyhow”. While noting that the event is a gathering of daughters of Zion aimed at empowering the rising generation of women with truth and faith, she also reminded them that “a royal daughter depends on God and not men”.

Princess Adebayo emphasized the importance of living a life that glorifies God, urging the participants to seek role models whose lives exemplifies the principles of the Bible, noting that, “the Bible has everything we need in this life and so, we must make a habit of reading it, praying and seeking the face of God to have a meaningful purpose that will make outside see Christ in us and desire to come in, too”.

In her contribution, another key speaker, Mrs. Iyabo Ifueko-Akai, spoke candidly to the young girls telling them that, in order to avoid low self-esteem, no matter where they are, they must imbibe a deliberate self-style that encompasses personal hygiene, dressing right, comportment and general etiquette, even in dining outside. She advised the participants to embrace cleanliness and proper washing of their bodies to avoid odours and other turn-offs.

Recapping what another speaker earlier said, Mrs. Ifueko-Akai expressed that since the conference theme; “Become’, is focused on showing them the pathway to achieving their full potential and becoming the original picture that God had in mind in creating them, she said that taking care of one’s body is a basic requirement to keep the temple clean in the context of the popular axiom, tat, cleanliness is next to godliness.

Overall, the second edition of the conference focused on spiritual growth, personal development, and empowerment for young women, encouraging them to become instruments of divine purpose and also, princesses of God’s kingdom.

Following the successful outcome of the end of Year 2024 Conference, the participants have been challenged to realize that the day is upon us when “The next generation of Daughters are Rising to take the “mantle”, empowered to know the Truth, ,live the truth and BECOME GOD’s mobile Altars and weapons of war…”,

The Clarion call has ranged out thus,
“Arise and Thresh, O daughter of Zion, for i will make your horn iron…”(Micah 4:13).
