Nigeria approves $4.5 billion refinancing of NNPC oil-backed facility
The National Economic Council on Monday approved “Project Gazelle 2” to refinance NNPC Limited’s $3.3 billion oil-backed facility through a new $4.5 billion arrangement. The deal will refinance $1.5 billion outstanding and unlock $3 billion additional liquidity to shore up external reserves and fund infrastructure
