In a dramatic political twist, Senator Ademola Adeleke has emerged as the governorship candidate of the Accord Party in Osun State, barely 24 hours after officially joining the party.
The development followed an emergency meeting of the party’s State Executive Committee, where Adeleke was unanimously endorsed as the flagbearer ahead of the upcoming governorship election. Party officials described his emergence as a “strategic move aimed at repositioning the party for victory.”
