NYSC to Corps Members: Deploy Your Training to Real-Life Situations

Mrs. Rifkatu Yakubu, the Bauchi State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps, has advised all the deployed corps members to serve their fatherland with utmost discipline and a positive attitude.

Speaking at the round-off of the 2023 Batch A Stream II Orientation Course of the NYSC, at the orientation camp in Ganjuwa Local Government, Bauchi State, the Coordinator further urged the corps members to deploy their acquired mental and physical training into tackling real-life situations.

Yakubu said: “The beautiful parade we just witnessed is a glaring testimony of their commitment to serve the nation wholeheartedly.

The orientation course for the 2023 Batch A Stream II has today come to a satisfactory end, for which I congratulate you and call on you to accept your postings in good faith and proceed to your places of primary assignment”

The State Coordinator insisted that the presence and input of the serving corps members in the different communities give assurance of rapid development of the localities in Bauchi State.

In his speech, Alhaji Yahuza Adamu, the state Head of Civil Service, representing Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, said the NYSC program is imperative, as it promotes patriotism and national unity.

He thus advised the corps members to maintain good relationships with their different host communities serving as their places of primary assignments.
