Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed that he has already received ₦40 million from the organisers of an upcoming celebrity boxing match just for agreeing to fight content creator and musician Carter Efe.
In an Instagram post and video shared late Wednesday, February 26, 2026, Portable boasted: “I have collected ₦40 million from the organisers of the match to beat Carter Efe. They gave me the money just for agreeing to the fight. It is certain that I will beat him.”

He further disclosed that socialite E-Money and music executive Soso Soberekon have each pledged ₦50 million plus a car (from E-Money) if he emerges victorious in the bout.
“E-Money and Soso Soberekon have also said they will give me ₦50 million each if I win the match, along with a car from E-Money,” Portable added.

Carter Efe has since confirmed his participation in a TikTok video, expressing full readiness and urging the organisers to announce an official date.
Portable’s Boxing Track Record Portable is no stranger to celebrity boxing matches and has an unbeaten record in the informal bouts: Defeated fellow artiste Speed Darlington in April 2025, Beat Kizz Daniel’s bodyguard Kelvin Power in February 2024 also Overpowered actor Charles Okocha in December 2023.
