The Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi, has accused Mrs. Tracy Nither Ohiri of orchestrating a deliberate campaign to tarnish his reputation after she quietly deleted years-old videos and social media posts that accused him of refusing to pay over ₦200 million for professional services, attempting to have sex with her, and allegedly instructing the FCT authorities to arrest and detain her to silence her demands.
In a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Francis Nwaze, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the minister described Mrs. Ohiri’s sudden removal of the content from TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as an admission that her allegations were unfounded and inconsistent.
