The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has formally presented Hon. Chief Aboyomi Omoroga as its candidate for the Ogun State House of Assembly, representing Ota State Constituency One in the Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency.
A respected son of the soil, accomplished businessman, philanthropist, and seasoned community leader, Hon. Chief Aboyomi Omoroga brings decades of proven leadership, integrity, and grassroots development experience to the race. His emergence is seen as a major boost to the PDP’s ambition to reclaim Ota Constituency One and provide quality representation at the State Assembly.

Speaking on his candidacy, Hon. Chief Aboyomi Omoroga expressed deep commitment to the people of Ota:
“I am humbled and ready to serve. Ota has enormous potential, but for too long our people have been shortchanged in infrastructure, education, security, youth empowerment, and economic opportunities. I stand before you today with a clear agenda to bring lasting development and effective representation to Ota State Constituency One. Together, we will restore hope and dignity to our land.”
Chief Omoroga pledged to prioritize key issues including improved security to tackle kidnapping and criminality, quality education and scholarship programs for students, road infrastructure and drainage systems, youth and women empowerment through skills acquisition and job creation, enhanced primary healthcare delivery, and agricultural modernization and support for farmers.

The PDP Ogun State Chapter welcomed the candidacy, describing Hon. Chief Aboyomi Omoroga as “a credible, accessible, and development-focused leader who truly understands the yearnings of the people of Ota.”
Party leaders expressed confidence that with his wide acceptance across the constituency, Chief Omoroga will deliver a landslide victory for the PDP in the upcoming election.
