In his 2024 Independence Day message, Chief Anadu emphasized the need for unity and collaboration among parties, stressing that nobody should be seen as a winner or loser.

Anadu added that winners and losers should maintain a cordial relationship, focusing on the state’s progress rather than individual victories.

He encouraged Anambra indigenes to pray for the state’s economic growth and to support one another.

“Nigeria’s independence celebration is a reminder of our collective responsibility to build a better future for our state and citizens:” Anadu said, urging all stakeholders to shun political differences and work towards a common goal.

Anadu’s appeal comes after the recent LGA elections in Anambra State, which saw various parties and candidates emerge victorious.

As a leader, Anadu praised Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo for ensuring peaceful elections and urged him to continue governing effectively. He also commended the appointment of Dr. Law Mefor as Information Commissioner, expressing confidence in Mefor’s ability to deliver based on his past experiences.

The ASTPA PG’s message resonates with the state’s desire for development and progress, and his leadership is expected to foster cooperation among stakeholders.
