During the visit to Ore-Oghene Primary School, Headmistress Helen Ogbemudia Ese expressed concerns about the deteriorating condition of the school buildings and the adverse effects on pupils’ well-being. In response, Barrister Briggs assured that the reconstruction works would be completed promptly to enhance the learning environment.

In addition to infrastructure development, Barrister Briggs has been active in promoting inclusive education. She recently partnered with the Society of Petroleum Engineers to advance science education and create opportunities for students in public schools, including those with special needs.

Furthermore, in response to a recent fire incident at Okaro Primary School in Urhonigbe, Barrister Briggs deployed a fact-finding team to assess the damage and determine necessary interventions. She emphasized the board’s commitment to restoring normal operations at the affected school promptly.

These efforts reflect SUBEB’s dedication to creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring access to quality education for all children in Edo State.
