Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd (GTBank) has announced the removal of processing fees on all GTBank Point of Sale (POS) terminals, effective from Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

This initiative eliminates Merchant Service Charges (MSC) for merchants using GTBank POS terminals, allowing them to receive payments from customers at zero cost.
By waiving these fees, GTBank aims to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) by reducing their operational expenses and enhancing the overall customer experience. Merchants can now benefit from cost-effective payment solutions, reinforcing GTBank’s commitment to fostering business growth.
Speaking on the initiative, Miriam Olusanya, Managing Director, Guaranty Trust Bank Nigeria, said: “At Guaranty Trust Bank, we are always looking for ways to add value to our financial ecosystem.
