Witnesses in northern Kuwait reported smoke billowing from a power station after a fuel container was struck by shrapnel during air defence interceptions of drones. The energy ministry said production at Mina Al Ahmadi refinery was unaffected despite shrapnel damage injuring two workers.
Sirens sounded across Kuwait City at dawn as air defences intercepted an unspecified number of drones. Blasts were also reported over Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Manama as Iran targeted U.S. Gulf allies.
