In order to increase their productivity and service delivery, the National Assembly Service Commission, NASC, has developed training manual to assist staff in the discharge of their duties.
The Executive Chairman of NASC, Engr. Ahmed Kadi Amshi disclosed this during a session at the Commission.
According to the Commission, the growing need of modest development of staff was desiring inview of the new wave of technology and digital approach in the current dispensation.
He explained: ‘We are determined to develop a work force that will be alive to it’s responsibility and challenges of the current order.”
NASC boss further stated that his Commission will not rest on its oars with the continuous development of staffers’ wealth of experience in all areas.
