In a strategic move to expand its reach, D-Degree Digital Hub has concluded partnership discussions with the POS Agent Aggregators Innovation Association Nigeria (PAAIAN). This collaboration plans to deploy a network of over 500,000 acquisition agents nationwide, enhancing customer acquisition efforts for various institutions.
During a meeting at D-Degree’s corporate office in Dideolu Estate, Ogba-Ikeja, Group Managing Director Mr. Olaniyi Dopamu highlighted the timeliness of this partnership. He emphasized that combining resources and manpower through this collaboration is a strategic effort to create more jobs for Nigerians and also, bridge existing gaps in the financial sector.
According to Dopamu, “we want to streamline processes for banks and other financial intermediary corporations, enhancing their performance and addressing the emerging digital market challenge of creating jobs in Nigeria through acquisition”, he said.
He further emphasized the need to intensify their engagement to achieve their objective for ongoing and upcoming acquisition projects to bolster the national agents network, saying, “our collaboration will unarguably position us to lead the digital landscape as we leverage on technology using modern fintech tools and manpower to create jobs”, he said.
The Chairman of the PoS Agent Aggregators Innovation Association Nigeria, OBA-Israel Olorunshina, who led the executive members to the meeting, thanked D-Degree Digital Hub leadership for developing the DDSA, saying it’s going to be a beneficial tool across multiple platforms for both individual and corporate entities who desire to expand their market penetration by involving professional aggregators to deploy their extensive nationwide network for job creation and economic growth for all sectors.
