Popular fiery Nigerian Pentecostal Pastor, Ayo Oritsejafor has parted ways with Helen, his wife of 25 years of years, seemingly.
Pastor Oritsejafor is the founding pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, Warri in Delta State and was a former President of the Pentecostal Federation of Nigeria.
Sources close to the couple told DDNEWS that the split was the consequence of a protracted bitter and scandalously toxic irreconcilable difference between them bothering a rumoured infidelity of the wife with an unnamed man for over 10 years.
Even Niger Delta-based self-styled ‘Bishop of Godism’, Ufuoma Bernard, claim that Helen Oritsejafor, in a WhatsApp message sometime this year had alleged that her estranged husband is wishing her dead.
“Helen reportedly moved out of the matrimonial home and relocated to Britain with the kids and Pastor Oritsejafor has moved back to the house after abandoning it for almost a year,” Bernard said.
Pastor Oritsejafor married Helen in 1997, about 13 months after his first wife, Stella, died. Together with Stella they founded Word of Life church.
Oritsejafor, who is fondling called ‘Papa Ayo’ by admirers and followers has been in the fore-front of promoting unity among Pentecostal and orthodox Churches in Nigeria.
