Life became a little more expensive for Nigerians in May as the country’s inflation rate rose to 15.93%, up from 15.69% recorded in April.
New data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) shows that prices of goods and services continued to climb, pushing the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to 140.7 points, compared to 138.3 points the previous month.
